This is a 2-appointment commitment. A 8-10 week touch up is required for every service.

Avoid booking 2 weeks prior to a vacation or important life event.

Oily skin can cause a shorter duration of color retention.

Deposits

In order to secure your appointment, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit for each service. 100% of this deposit will apply to the balance due at the time of the appointment. Deposits can be made through Venmo (dverabeauty), Zelle (504-606-8424), or a credit card through Chase QuickAccept. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, JCB.

Rescheduling

Please contact us immediately to reschedule. Any rescheduling less than 48 hours (2 days) prior to your appointment time will forfeit the non-refundable deposit to be used towards future appointments. You may only reschedule up to two times on the same deposit.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment, your $100.00 deposit will NOT be refunded as all deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used towards future appointments.

Cancellations less than 24 hours (1 day) prior to your appointment time will be charged an additional $100.00 fee. For future bookings, you will be required to pay for the service in full before securing another appointment.

No Shows

Not contacting us or not showing up to your appointment, will result in a 100% of the service fee charged to the card on file. For future bookings, you will be required to pay for the service in full before securing another appointment.

Grace Period

A 15-minute grace period is allowed to arrive at your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please contact us as we may need to reschedule your appointment. If there is no communication of tardiness, your appointment will be considered a no show.

Guests

Permanent makeup requires minimal distractions. One guest is allowed; however, babies/children/pets are not allowed due to the nature of these services.

Previous Work from Other Artists

For new clients, please send us a picture of both brows, eyes, or lips to dverabeauty@gmail.com or to 504-606-8424 prior to booking an appointment. Photos should be with no makeup and in good lighting.

Touch Ups

This is a two-appointment commitment. An 8-10 week touch up is required. Any touch ups after this time frame will be considered a new appointment and the price will be at the new appointment rate.
